Zee Jay is a Hero that appears in Bloons Card Storm, first released on Version 3.0. He deals in Rad Tokens, alongside Bloontonium. His Rad Tokens can be redeemed to temporarily buff other Monkeys or to summon a powerful Rad Bloon.
Zee Jay's Voice Actor is Vikram Rajan.
Zee Jay has three abilities, all of which involve Rad Tokens.
- His first and passive ability is Passive Awesomeness, which gives 1 Rad Token for every Bloon sent per round, with that Bloon gaining +5 HP per Bloontonium he has (up to +50 at 10 Bloontonium).
- His second ability is Rad Enhancements, costing 1 Rad Token and 3 Bloontonium, boosting a target Monkey by +20 Attack Power until the start of your next turn.
- His final ability is Rad Bloon Time!, which costs all of his Rad Tokens and 10 Bloontonium, making a Rad Bloon that gains 70 HP per Rad Token removed, and having the Rad Bloon on screen allows his Passive Awesome to trigger an extra time.
He costs 2000 Monkey Money to unlock. Alternatively, he is unlocked by a special in-app purchase "Zee Jay Hero Bundle" that costs $9.99 USD.

- Zee Jay's Rad Enhancements was indirectly mentioned in the Version 2.2 patch notes when Parting Gift was buffed, mentioning the Zee Jay boosting of Monkeys as a possible synergy with Parting Gift.
