The Wizard Lord is a decorative monkey in Bloons Monkey City Mobile. When bought, it flies around the city while floating in a cloud, flying above the path, in a way similar to how other monkeys just walk along the paths normally. Tapping the monkey triggers it to raise arms and trigger lightning.
