Turbo Boost is a constant 1-star powerup in Bloons Supermonkey 2 Mobile. It greatly increases the rate of fire of the player's weapons.

Notes

• This powerup has no effect on Pulse Whip or its upgrades.
• This powerup specifies weapons only, so Epic Powers and ally powerups will not benefit from this.
• This powerup increases the rate of fire of weapons by reducing their "cooldown" (delay between shots) by a certain multiplier. The specific values at each rank are:
  • Rank 1: ×0.5 (+100% attack speed)
  • Rank 2: ×0.44 (+127.27...% attack speed)
  • Rank 3: ×0.38 (~+163.157% attack speed)
  • Rank 4: ×0.33 (+203.03...% attack speed)
  • This means that for ranks 2 and above, the attack speed bonus is greater than what the description states.

Trivia

• The internal name of this powerup is "Bloon Scrambler", suggesting it originally had a different function akin to the item of the same name in Bloons TD 5. It may have pushed Bloons upward on hit, and may have been replaced because of its redundancy with three other powerups that apply slowing or stunning effects.
