The player begins with pre-placed Level 1 Gwendolin on Scrapyard at Medium Standard with $650 starting cash, 150 starting lives, 75% Bloon speed, and 150% ability cooldown rate. Only Tack Shooters, Mortar Monkeys, Dartling Gunners, Wizard Monkeys, and Monkey Villages are available. MK, Powers, and Continues are all disabled. Custom Rounds 1-11 are played.

~ Upon beating Round 1
Gwendolin skips to Level 3, unlocking the Cocktail of Fire ability. The player is instructed to clear out the grouped Rainbow Bloons with the ability.

Patch: Her Cocktail of Fire hits for massive damage, burning Bloons after they pass through the superheated flames. Try relocating the target to a part of the track that Bloons will go over twice for extra damage.
Patch: Aim for the Green Bloon with the ability and watch those Rainbow Bloons go up in rubbery smoke.

~ Upon beating Round 2
Gwendolin skips to Level 8, allowing her to shoot two fireballs at once.

Patch: At level 8, Gwen's flamethrower shoots two balls of fire. Making quick work of even more Bloons!
Patch: Gwen's high damage attack and abilities make her a good hero for saving up cash in the early game.

~ Upon beating Round 3
Patch points out about secret interactions within maps and an example of such interaction, that being the Scrapyard's crusher and its ability to crush Bloons.

Patch: Some maps have removeables or features that can be activated. Press the blue button to crush those Bloons. Not every secret will be as obvious.
”
~ When a Red Bloon gets out of Gwendolin's range and completes a loop on the top right corner
Gwendolin skips to Level 10, unlocking the Firestorm ability. At this point, the player is also allowed to place more towers.

Patch: Gwen's level 10 ability, Firestorm, provides peerless area of effect and damage over time.
Patch: There's a lot of Ceramic Bloons about to come out. Wait till they're all on screen and use the Firestorm ability to help bring them all down.
”

Patch: There's a lot more Bloons coming. Add some towers to your defense and complete the rest of the rounds.
