Trade Agreements is an upgrade in the Military Monkey Knowledge tree introduced in the initial version of Bloons TD 6. When Trade Agreements is activated, the Merchantman, Favored Trades, Trade Empire, and Navarch of the Seas generate an extra +$20 cash at the end of the round. To unlock Trade Agreements, the player must have 8 Monkey Knowledge Points invested into the Military Monkey Knowledge tree, the 'Faster Takedowns' MK unlocked, and a one-time purchase of 250.

Trade Agreements gives a neat +$20 bonus to the Path 3 Buccaneer and Navarch of the Seas. It's not so useful to the Navarch of the Seas, as the player would have a large portion of cash if obtained by going into Freeplay and farming for the Paragon. The bonus is more useful for the Merchantman and its following upgrades, since the player would be allegedly around mid-game if they do decide to boat farm.

Tips[]

Activating Trade Agreements is important if the player wants the Flanking Maneuvers and the Military Conscription MKs, as both MKs require Trade Agreements for unlock.
With this MK, multiple Merchantmen becomes more cost-effective than a single Favored Trades in terms of income, since having more Merchantmen utilizes the bonus +$20 better.

Notes[]

Even with the Trade Agreements MK active, the increased income is still affected by percentage income boosts from the Central Market and Monkey City.
