Inter-Tower Interactions, Tower-Tower Interactions, or simply Tower Interactions are instances of two or more towers or powers interacting with each other. As opposed to Player-Initiated interactions such as purchasing an upgrade, or activating an ability, Inter-Tower interactions are usually a secondary outcome of a player action and require at least two towers to be present. One of these towers acts as the source, and the other is the target.
An example would be selling a Portable Lake with a Monkey Sub inside. The removal of the Lake will also destroy the Monkey-Sub, despite the player not selling the Monkey-Sub first. A non-example would be Transforming Tonic. Even though the ability activation causes the Alchemist to turn into a Vicious Monster, these are both the same tower, and thus fail to satisfy the population requirements of a tower interaction (though this would be an example of intra-tower interactions).
In Bloons TD 6, there are several main instances of tower interactions: Standard Buffs, Transformation Buffs, Bloon Debuffs/Indirect Buffs, Sacrifice, Redeployment, Carrying, Deploy, Platforms and more. These categories may have some overlap. This page list all Tower Interactions in BTD6 organized by the aforementioned categories, with a short description and any unusual behavior "quirks".

Transformation Buffs[]
These interactions occur when a tower(s) transforms another tower into a visually and/or tactically distinct tower. There are 5 main instances of Transformation Interactions. Some may include these interactions under standard buffs.
Sacrifice[]
These interactions occur when a tower, called the absorbent, absorbs other towers, called sacrifices. There are 4 main instances of Sacrifice Interactions.
Need to add soulbind as well. Though it is deleted, it is still worth mentioning
Redeployment[]
- Main article: Redeployment
These interactions occur when a tower, the vehicle, picks up another tower, the passenger, and places it in another spot. There is only one tower that can perform the redeployment interaction. (Though Darkshift allows the Super Monkey to redeploy itself).
Carrying[]
This interaction occurs when a source tower, the vehicle, carries another tower, the gunner, and allows it to attack in flight. It is similar to Redeploy, but the gunner is able to attack while being carried. There is only one instance of the Carrying Interaction.

These interactions occur when a tower, called the source, creates another tower, called the sub-tower, and deploys it on the map. There are several examples of the Deploy interaction. Only the instances of interactable sub-towers are listed. For a full list, click here.

List of Indirect Tower Interactions[]
These categories do not perfectly fit the definition of direct tower interactions, usually due to requiring a third medium, such as a player, the map, or Bloons. However, it is still useful to mention them here.
Indirect Buffs (Bloon Debuffing)[]
This interaction occurs when a tower makes a Bloon slower or more vulnerable to attack, thus indirectly buffing another tower's attack. Several examples exist. Some may include these under Standard Buffs.
Gathering[]
These interactions occur when a tower, the Gatherer, collects traps, crates, and bananas generated by another tower. In BTD6 there is only one tower able to perform the Gather Interaction.
