  • Is this possible? I mean, really? The hardest track in BTD5 on impoppable. I can't even beat Monkey Lane impoppable!

    • It would not be so hard if it were not more expensive towers and come faster and stronger balloons.

      How fortunate that the Web version does not have this level of dificudade. I would have that sweat to have multiple medals impopable, with what I have, the "Golds".

      Yeah, I am thankful it is not on web version either, otherwise there would be around 25 acheivements I could never get for the life of me, oh wait, I forgot, around 26, because of the BTDB acheivement "Unspoppable".

    • In that case, Down the Drain should be an Extreme Track, Expert can't even describe it.

    • If i did tye bloontoniun lab on impoppable, i can also do this i might make a video of it, but just to make sure: i have double cash mode, a 200 extra money on the start (monkey lab), healthy bananas (for extra cash), big bloon sabotage (20%) and the super monkey lair, however bloontonium lab vas a big problem even with all of those advantages.( i also use a cash injection at the beginning, but ill do the video if you wish

    • Down The Drain would be possible, if you ignore the rules of NAPS, Money Injection would be your gateway to passing it, but I mean why would you buy something that cost more than your Reward Monkey Monkey then?

        Loading editor
    • Actually, you would buy 2 life injections and you would het 200 monkey momey, because it gives you 1200

    • Well true, unless you want to show off your Impoppable medal to other people or trying to get every achievement possible on BTD5 iOS (I already got MOAB Assassin in one day, due to the Super Monkey Squad mission), Down the Drain on Easy without any Monkey Money-related Bonuses would be your way to go.

      For the sake of the medal and the achievement.

      Another gateway to passing this would be some MOAB Maulers, Sabotage Supply Lines, Bloon Impact, Tempest Tornadoes and Ground Zero in case everything goes wrong. If you aren't worried about NAPS you can use Super Monkey Storms on the last round.

    • Yeah. Maybe stuff like Aircraft Carriers could help, not to mention Bloontonium Reactors near th exit bends and 5 FSCs against the Z.O.M.G.s.

    • 5 FSCs isn't always the answer to Round 85. For some reason (this may be a glitch), sometimes FSCs will only reduce ZOMGs to BFBs.

      No, they instantly kill up to 1 ZOMG. The rest hit by the blast are reduced to 4 B.F.B.s. So 4 can NLL 85. (You're right about 5 not being the answer.)

      1 FSC used -> Result: 16 (4 times 4) B.F.B.s

      2 FSCs used -> Result: 44 (11 times 4) M.O.A.B.s

      3 FSCs: 68 (17 * 4) Ceramics

      4: NLL

      I guess it works this way. This is the worst case scenario; if the blast effect does more damage they might just blow up the BFBs or MOABs in one shot.

      Actually, tested on Snake River in Sandbox Mode, 5 FSCs reduces 5 ZOMGs to 3 BFBs. I had all 8 Big Bloon Sabotage upgrades from the Monkey Lab. My theory is that this happens because the ability causes an explosion, doing area damage this means that it will spread damage across a couple of ZOMGs, maybe reducing 2 of them to BFBs. The BFBs then take all of the damage from the FSCs leaving a few BFBs left over. This means that 6 or 7 FSCs would be a wiser option. Of course, one FSC is still fine against a single ZOMG.

      Maybe you ahould try setting them to Strong so it goes for the strongest stuff?

      That seemed to make everything worse. Probably because it converts ALL of the ZOMGs into BFBs instead of destroying the BFBs.

    • Won't one shot reduce all 5 ZOMGs to BFBs (proper placement?) and everything else can just pop them?

      If you sell everything you won't have anything to pop the BFBs, but if you simply use farms to get the FSCs you should be fine. For Down the Drain Impoppable it might be possible to use four FSCs set to strong to reduce the ZOMGs to BFBs and have Tech Terrors to destroy those.

      I know. I unlocked FSC and tried it on No Escape (I was using Chinooks for lives) and Extreme Farming (the challenge where a ZOMG comes on 46). For some reason it didn't work well on No Escape but it DID do a fabulous job on the DC ZOMG.
