This tower is the final path 2 upgrade of Super Monkey. It has an Special Ability called "Bloon Annihilation Ability": Does 1000 damage to all nearby bloons, which destroys all nearby enemies except Z.O.M.G.s . M.O.A.B's and B.F.B.'s are killed instantly. Does 1000 damge to Z.O.M.G's instead of a instant death

Shoots green plasma instead of normal one. Buying it with the first and second upgrades from path 1 costs less than the Monkey Temple only with path 1 upgrades. Even if you do not upgrade to Laser Blasts or Plasma Blasts, it will still shoot green plasma (upgrading laser and plasma blasts will make it more powerful). But the Robo-Monkey will only shoot what it is upgraded to.
"Bloon Annihilation Ability" destroys all bloons within a short radius and does big damage to M.O.A.B. class bloons.
Trivia
- The name is a reference to Darth Vader's saying in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. In that, he says "Don't be so proud of this technological terror you've constructed."
- If upgraded alone, will be able to pop 5 bloons at a time, 6 on lazer vision and 7 on plasma vision.
