It's a bird. It's a plane. It's a squadron of flying super-powered laser beamin' monkeys who destroy every single bloon on the screen and do big damage to MOAB-class bloons.

~ Bloons TD 6 description
Super Monkey Storm is a Power in Bloons TD 6. It can be purchased for 100. Super Monkey Storms instantly deal 4000 damage (5000 with Powerful Monkey Storm) to all bloons on screen. However, they cannot soak through MOAB-class bloons, meaning that a single use of Super Monkey Storm turns a MOAB into its Ceramic descendants with full health. In the Contested Territory, it becomes Relic Knowledge, and can be used up to 2 per game.
An instant source of damage to wipe out bloons in case of emergency. It should not be relied on, especially on later rounds, due to the fact that Super Monkey Storms cannot soak through MOAB-class bloons. Also note that MOAB-class bloons gain more health in Freeplay Mode, which may mean that more uses of the Super Monkey Storm are required to pop them.
Tips[]
Super Monkey Storm cannot soak through blimp layers, unlike Ground Zero. Super Monkey Storm has no deployment cooldown, however.
Contested Territory Tips[]
Super Monkey Storm is beneficial in situations where the screen should be cleared in order to advance. A noteworthy example is Round 78's barrage of Camo Ceramics.
Super Monkey Storm works well on Least Cash, Least Tiers, and Boss in different cases. Both the Least Cash and Least Tiers rulesets benefit from clearing out overwhelming swarm of bloons on specific rounds. On Boss rulesets, it can heavily damage Boss Bloons and works well for getting rid of Bloonarius's skull wave Bloonarius Minions or Lych's Resurrected Blimps. Also helpful against Vortex while most of the defense is stunned.

While working on the new Battle Cat power we concluded a number of existing powers that haven’t had love since launch are no longer living up to a worthy level of power in the modern state of Bloons, so we’ve made modifications to some of these to make them more useful for the cost. In particular, we felt like there were very few times to ever use MOAB Mines over Super Monkey Storms so these have been given a considerably more powerful single target use case to use in situations in which Super Monkey Storm would normally struggle.
