Phoenix blowing fire at bloons
Phoenix attacking alongside a Summon Phoenix Wizard
Summon Phoenix is the 4th upgrade of Path 2 for the Wizard Monkey in Bloons TD Battles 2. It is similar to its BTD6 counterpart except with no initial cooldown for the Phoenix to be summoned, and phoenix deals more damage. The main Wizard retains identical Dragon's Breath to its predecessor. Phoenix spews rapid flames that deal 6 damage each, and each flame shooting every 0.06s and piercing up to 8 bloons per flame. The Phoenix automatically detects camo regardless of crosspaths or external camo detection.
It costs $4,000, and is avialable after unlocking Wizard Monkey.
Strategy[]
Summary[]
A big burst of firepower across any range, provided the phoenix can fly around a desirable location to aim the flames accordingly. It can serve as single-target DPS or assistance for grouped-popping DPS.
Tips[]
- Against all out BFB rushes or when dealing with the insides of a ZOMG in particular, this is a great upgrade to go for since the phoenix excels at lower tier blimps and bloons.
- Having three Summon Phoenix’s on the map will ensure that you can always have one phoenix up and running at any given time due to them having 1/3 uptime.
