Sticky Bomb is the 4th upgrade of Path 3 for the Ninja Monkey in Bloons TD Battles 2. Compared to its BTD6 counterpart, it is much cheaper but its sticky bombs deal less damage to the stickied target, and otherwise is similar to before BTD6 Version 38.0.
The Ninja Monkey gains an additional attack that adds sticky bombs onto MOAB-Class bloons which explode after 3 seconds, dealing 450 damage to the bloon they are attached to, plus a secondary 100 damage normal-type explosion that hits up to 10 other bloons within a 40 blast radius. Sticky Bombs aim according to the Ninja Monkey's own target settings, though Sticky Bombs will attach to the first MOAB-class bloons hit by them. The sticky bomb attack has +50% range than base range, for 60 range (70.5 with 1-0-4), and they are shot every 4.5s (or every 3.15s with 1-0-4). The Counter-Espionage (0-2-4) crosspath will decamo DDTs as soon as the Sticky Bomb is attached, the explosion will not remove camo, however.
It costs $4,900, and is available after unlocking Ninja Monkey.
Sticky Bomb is expensive but provides a reliable option for instantly destroying early MOAB-class bloons, against MOAB sends from the opponent in particular. Each sticky bomb deals enough damage to one-shot MOABs, Fortified MOABs, and normal DDTs, provided that the Ninja's sticky bombs have enough time to pass while attached to the affected blimps. It also does decent damage against BFBs and above.
Tips[]
Sticky Bomb doesn't rely on crosspaths to maximize the power of the sticky bomb attack, but 1-0-4 is generally better if utilizing the sticky bomb itself, which gives more attack speed and range for that attack.

Worth a note that Flash Bomb, its previous upgrade, costs less.

“
Ninja Monkey is a little bit lacking in early game popping power, only being effectively utilised when paired with another tower like an Alchemist. We have made some price cuts and improvements so that its early and unused upgrades are slightly better.

“
We have increased Ninja’s early-game potential since it stood out as a tower with relatively low DPS in the early game, always depending on another tower to deal the damage or to buff it. [...]
