Startup Screen is a starting screen, which plays after starting up the game before reaching the main menu. Occasionally accompanying this is the loading screen, which loads up the game steadily. Startup screens can consist of production logos and menus the progress before reaching the main menu of any game.
It was added to almost all games, starting with the original Bloons game, with some exceptions.

Bloons TD 5[]
In Bloons TD 5, including Flash and Mobile counterparts, the startup screen features a monkey casually eating a banana, only to be confronted with an eruption of volcanic letters from the ground. The monkey lands safely on top of the words "Bloons", which lay on top of "TD5", and then proceeds to eat a banana that lands safely on its left hand.
In Flash, there are sounds of the monkey screaming and eating the banana, as well as a play button. In Mobile, however, there are noteworthy graphics differences as well as a lack of sounds accompanying the loading screen.
Clicking the "Play" button (Flash) or tapping/clicking on the screen (Mobile/Steam), proceeds the player to the main menu.
Bloons TD Battles[]
In Bloons TD Battles, the startup screen is rather simplistic, going straight to the loading screen before automatically proceeding the player to the main menu.

Start menu
After playing the 2D Ninja Kiwi "shine" production logo, the player is in to a screen of a Monkey Ace/Ace flying in a horizontal view, swaying side to side and producing some white exhaust clouds. It will tell what is loading for now Once the game has loaded, the Ace flies out the screen. The Main Theme plays and shows some bloons, to which the Ace flies straight into from the front to out to the top of the screen. Immediately after the Ace leaves, the BTD6 logo pops up. If the player taps the screen during the second state of the startup screen, the BTD6 logo appears pre-emptively. Once the logo pops up, the player can access a variety of different buttons in front and the play button
