Starting Stash is a Relic Knowledge exclusive to Contested Territory in Bloons TD 6. When active, starting cash increases by +$250. The bonus starting cash from Starting Stash can stack with More Cash if Monkey Knowledge is turned on and available, giving a total of +$450. Having both a Store Relic and Map Relic of the same type does not stack the bonus cash benefit.
Gaining an extra $250 to start is extremely beneficial for the early-game, allowing immediate access to expensive towers and heroes such as Spike Factory and Adora. It also allows for more variety of starting combinations as well as start with important upgrades sooner. It is best used whenever a headstart in money would be highly advantageous.
Tips[]
Use similar strategies to More Cash to make use of Starting Stash.
Note that it still doesn't get enough money to begin with Heli Pilot, and it is not possible to get Heli as a starting tower with only this relic on Relic or Banner Tiles due to banning Monkey Knowledge.
In terms of usage in tiles, it is best used on Time Attack and Boss tiles. For Least Cash, it can be helpful to ease the early-game, and for Least Tiers it is usually only helpful in the saveup for an expensive starting tower for the early-game.
