Starfleet Bloon is a Game Center Achievement in Bloons 2 Mobile. To earn the this achievement, the player must spin the planets / themed worlds on the main menu after pressing "play game" by swiping left or right. This achievement is worth 20 points on Game Center.

Constantly swipe in one direction on the planet select screen until the achievement pops up.
