Speed Battles With Fire is a Club Event in Bloons TD Battles 2, introduced in version 2.0.0. As the name suggests, it combines the rules of Speed Battles and Play With Fire.
Modifiers[]
- Income is generated every 4.2 seconds instead of 6.0 (income cooldown is reduced by 30%).
- All Bloons move 50% faster.
- All Bloon sends (including Camo, Regrow, and Fortified options) are unlocked 1 round earlier than normal.
- Bloon sends are sent faster.
- All Bloons are sent to both players.
- Bloon Boosts affect both players.
- Bloon sends have their income modifiers doubled (including negative modifiers).

Summary[]
The combination of Bloon sends unlocking faster, Bloons being sent faster, and Bloons being sent to both players means Speed Battles With Fire will easily overwhelm most early-game strategies, even those that work in Speed Battles and Play With Fire. Beyond the punishing early-game, Speed Battles With Fire heavily favors aggressive playstyles, as the unchanged cooldown of the Monkey Boost means players are less capable of withstanding repeated rushes.
Tips[]
- A 3-2-0 Dart Monkey is a reliable starting tower if positioned properly.
- Try to send Spaced Greens while not overwhelming oneself. 1-2-0 Tack (Faster Shooting + Super Range Tacks) into 1-3-0 Blade Shooter in an optimal Tack spot should suffice early-game for most maps. Alternatively, go for 0-2-0 and into 0-3-0 without ecoing to secure rushes from Rounds 1 and 2.
Trivia[]
- The first Club Event in Version 2.0.0 was Speed Battles With Fire. It is also the first two-hybrid Club Event released in that game.
