Snowstorm is the fourth upgrade of Path 2 for the Ice Monkey. The range increase make Arctic Wind more effective. It grants an ability that freezes all freezable bloons MOAB-class bloons and frozen-immune non-MOABs (Lead, White, Zebra) for up to four seconds (slows down MOAB-class for 1 seconds or freezes frozen-immune for 1 second) and deals 1 damage to each of them before freezing (except White and Zebra, which only become frozen). Cooldown is 60 seconds upon activation, along with a 15 second initial cooldown prior to first activation upon purchase.
