Rapid Reload is the 2rd upgrade of Path 2 for the Mortar Monkey in Bloons TD Battles 2. It further increases attack speed by about +38% (equivalent to an attack cooldown multiplier of 0.72x), for a total of about +85% attack speed (0.54x attack cooldown multiplier). Attack cooldown decreases from 1.5s to 1.08s.
