Quincy is a Hero that appears in Bloons Pop!. He shoots 5 attacks of 5 arrows per shot on the same move. Each arrow has a long thrusting velocity and a low lift velocity. Arrows will deal 3 damage each. He can always detect Camo Bloons, but he cannot pop Lead Bloons. Quincy is unlocked at Level 1, after using the Bomb Shooter as instructed by the tutorial.
Quincy fires many arrows per attack with many bounces. Therefore, he should be used much like the Dart Monkey, and Quincy's main strength comes more from cleaning up bloons near the top and spreading damage towards bloons below, picking off bloons that are slowing down the progression of deeper waves of bloons and additionally digging the bloon formation downwards a fair amount.
Compared to other heroes, Quincy does not have much of a potential to rack up massive pops on the same move, but still excels at his job at inflicting focused spread damage. The RNG involved with Quincy is remarkably low, meaning that skill will be the greatest asset to optimizing his true power at the right scenarios.

Quincy is the only hero in Bloons Pop! who cannot himself make contact with Bloons with his body, as he is not thrown into the screen.
