The Quest Monkey in BTD6

Quest Monkey (a.k.a. Mail Monkey) is a non-playable character who appears in several games, first appearing in BTD5. Their role differs in each game. Their name was confirmed on Ninja Kiwi's 4th February 2022 blog.

Role[]

Generally speaking, Quest Monkey plays role as the messenger to the player. In BTD5 Flash and Mobile, including Steam and Console counterparts, Quest Monkey serves as the monkey responsible for daily Quests. In BTD6, Quest Monkey's role is to provide news for events. When a Co-Op Challenge is active, the Quest Monkey partners with another monkey on their smartphones, marking the presence of a Co-Op Challenge.

Trivia[]

  • In Bloons TD 6, since about Version 35.0, it is possible to make the Quest Monkey do a T-Pose. To do this, simply disconnect internet while in the Events menu and then go back to the main menu. He will T-Pose indefinitely until internet connection comes back again after coming in and out of any menu again. This also can happen when deactivating Airplane mode on the map selection screen then heading back to the main menu, where the Quest Monkey will briefly T-pose.
