Psi Vision is a Relic Knowledge exclusive to Contested Territory in Bloons TD 6. It appears to have been added to the in-game code a long time ago, at least by Version 35.2. Based on the description, Psi Vision allows all team members to see full details of every tile throughout the island.

Psi Vision is a reference to Psi, who can target bloons from any range.
In the Relic icon for Psi Vision, Psi is shown with the "ascended" face, similarly to the Golden Monkey Secret icon after activation from either unlocking a Tier 5 upgrade or finishing the loading screen.
