Promo Codes is a feature in Bloons TD 6 introduced in the Version 43.0. Players can use Promo Codes to earn a variety of rewards inside the game when entered.
Codes are redeemed in the Settings menu. However, due to privacy requirements, certain platforms will not be able to input the code directly in-game, so players will need to visit official Ninja Kiwi website https://ninja.kiwi/giftcode and enter their username and password or get a linking code. Fortunately, redeeming codes directly in-game is available on BTD6 Steam and BTD6 Google Play. Only BTD6 iOS lacks the in-game capability to directly input codes.
Entering a typed-in Promo Code in-game requires pressing the Enter button to activate it. If the Promo Code doesn't work, a red "X" symbol followed by the error text will follow: "already used", "expired" (prioritizes over "already used"), and "invalid code". If the Promo Code is valid, it will display a thank you message, followed by a series of in-game rewards.

Trivia[]
- Most codes output the generic "Enjoy your gift! -NK" message, but the code "NotACode" displayed a different message.
- The default font of BTD6, "Luckiest Guy", has issues with distinguishing uppercase letters from lowercase letters. This is a possible reason why most players assume that Promo Codes are written in all-caps (i.e. all uppercase letters).
