Poppy Blades is an upgrade in the Primary Monkey Knowledge tree introduced in the initial version of Bloons TD 6. Once activated, Tack Shooters with the Blade Shooter upgrade gain a bonus +2 pierce for a total of 10 pierce instead of 8. To unlock Poppy Blades, the player must have the 'Hard Tacks' MK unlocked.

Poppy Blades is one of those small stat increase MKs that allows Blade Shooter to be more reliable against grouped bloons. While it may have an already high pierce count, the +2 bonus can give Blade Shooter a better chance against the early grouped bloon rounds even though it doesn't deal enough damage.
Tips[]
- With this MK, Blade Shooter may perform better in the early rounds of Races with the small pierce buff.
- As a fairly niche MK Point, a player should try to invest in more powerful Monkey Knowledge rather than this one.
