Plasma Whip is the third Tech Arm upgrade in Bloons Super Monkey 2. It gives the monkey a more powerful, red whip with longer range. Like other tech arm upgrades, it excels at the destruction of MOAB-Class Bloons and catching Golden Bloons effectively but still cannot pop Glass Bloons without research.
