Pirate School placed near a river tile
A Pirate School is a Special Building which is required before research of the Monkey Pirates upgrade. It can only be placed on a land tile that is near any lake or river tile. It costs 
16,000, takes 36 hours to build, and gives 750 XP once construction is complete. It consumes 
50 and a 1x1 tile space. It requires Level 20 to unlock.
