Phayze One is an Experiments Quest in Bloons TD 6, added in Version 42.0. It requires Level 45 to unlock. Upon completing the quest, the player is rewarded with 500.
In this quest, the player must beat Reality Warper Phayze in a similar style to the "Bloons TD 6 Birthday Party" quest. With a similar infinite HP scaling system to the Party Bloon, Phayze also has a permanent Camo property and can still open rifts to spawn Bloons further.

Huh? A visible wiki comment? This page contains visible wiki comments (e.g. "(?)", "(does it?)", and "(check?)"). The purpose of these are to clearly show doubt by an editor who recently added content, mainly logical predictions. The player starts off with $2,000 starting Cash, 150 Lives, and every Tower available with no restrictions except only two Banana Farms. The only banned heroes are Sauda, Etienne, and Geraldo, despite the Challenge Rules stating that any hero can be brought to the quest. MK, Powers, Continues, and Double Cash are all disabled for this Quest.
Phayze will begin with 400 health and starts with a 100 health Reality Shield. It will not warp along the track on popping, but will still block external buffs that allow Towers to see Camo Bloons. Upon popping Phayze, it will scale HP exponentially, like the Party Bloon, but at +6% HP exponentially, rounded down (6% was the intended scaling rate, floating point representation leads to it being slightly below 6%, formulas here). Phayze will not force the Jukebox to use The Reality Warper soundtrack. When popped, Phayze's shell will provide a scaling amount of money depending on how many Pops it currently has (formula?).
When lives reach 0, all bloons except Phayze despawn and Phayze warps forward TBA% of the track, and the player receives unlimited lives while Phayze is warping before starting back at 150 lives again. The quest does not end until Phayze reaches the exit.
All cash generation from towers in this quest is 1/4 as normal.

Tips[]
- 1-2-0 Ace start is the best to begin with; just micro it to help it out. Afterwards, progressing to Fighter Plane is usually the next step for succeeding this quest.
- For advanced players, opt for maximum farming via Monkey Town's bonus cash per pop on naturally spawning bloons. Maximize pops for Paragons, starting with Apex Plasma Master and then progressing to the "stronger" Paragons like Magus Perfectus. Ascended Shadow is also very good, due to the bonus damage to Camos, but unlike the Party Bloon, it does not apply the permanent Grand Sabotage ability to reduce Phayze's HP.
- The player does not have unlimited Lives, so the Bloons that leak through can be a problem, especially since the Rounds continue to progress as Phayze deteriorates.

Trivia[]
- This is the first quest involving a Boss Bloon in the style of the Party Bloon battle.
- Despite Etienne being banned, Phayze in Phayze One can still steal camo buffs. The reason for this is unknown.
