Patrol is the 60th level in Bloons 2, and the 12th level in the Rubber Jungle zone.

Solution

Hit the Reverse Gravity Bloon and it should hit the Bee Bloon. Quickly get it to touch the Spiky Bloon, destroying some Tile Blocks in the process. The Spiky Bloon pop should be timed such that the bloons inside the "cage" are hit all at once. If lost with timing, try again and move faster, and perhaps experiment with random timing.
