To complete this level, all you have to do is pop the Bonus Dart Bloons for extra darts. Next, try aiming for the Pac-Man Bloon, and use it to pop some bloons. The Rubber Blocks can be used to pop the bloons on the right side, but this method is recommended if the Tile Blocks were destroyed.

This is one of the few levels that has at least one Pac-Man bloon.
