The Ninja Scrolls as seen in the Special Items menu.
Ninja Scrolls is a Special Item in Bloons Monkey City. Obtaining it increases attack speed of Ninja Monkeys by 5% permanently. It is obtained upon capturing the Tranquil Glade tile. If the Tranquil Glade Tile is captured after the Ninja Scrolls item is already obtained, the player will instead be rewarded with City Cash.
