MrBeast is a non-playable character in Bloons TD 6 who was first introduced in Version 42.3, and was officially released on 12th May 2024. He is the subject of a promotional video, "Protect the Yacht, Keep It!", of the real-life YouTuber, MrBeast. In the MrBeast promotion on May 2024, a series of unique cosmetics arrived, a special one-off login bonus, and a limited time in-app purchase. Additionally, the Quest "Protect The Yacht" and the epoynymous map were permanently released on 12th May 2024.

The one-off login reward is an exclusive reward for all players who logged in between 12th May 2024 and 11th June 2024, rewarding the avatar "This is a Bloon", 2000, 3 Super Monkey Storm, 3 Monkey Boost, 3 Cash Drops, and three guaranteed Insta-Monkeys (0-2-4 Sharp Shooter, 4-0-2 Juggernaut, 0-4-2 Super Monkey Fan Club).

The "MrBeast Awesomer Pack" costs $9.99 USD and rewards a unique profile image of MrBeast ("Everyday Monkey"), a unique banner of a motorboat under attack ("Protect the Yacht"), 10,000, a series of Powers (10 Super Monkey Storms, 10 Monkey Boosts, 5 Cash Drops, 5 MOAB Mines), and guaranteed T5 Instas of specified tower type (Dart Monkey, Bomb Shooter, Mortar Monkey). The offer ended on 9th August 2024.
