Monkey Stim is the third upgrade of Path 1 for the COBRA. It decreases the cooldown time of the Tower Boost by 5 seconds, from originally 30 seconds. It is the third upgrade on the left side and costs $400. Stacking is allowed, but only down to 15 seconds cooldown time.
