Monkey Money is the main currency in Bloons TD 6. It is used to buy items like powers, deeper monkey knowledge points, heroes and their skins, race attempts, and continues.
Ways to Get Monkey Money[]
Monkey Money can be obtained via Playing Maps, Completing Achievements, Using the Daily Reward, and much more.
Beating maps gives a certain amount of monkey money depending on the map difficulty, and the game mode it is played on. The Monkey Knowledge Point Mo' Monkey Money gives an additional 10% Monkey Money. If a medal is already achieved, replaying that game mode only yields 20% of the original Monkey Money Gain. In total you get $355,725 Monkey Money for getting every medal in all 72 maps on every difficulty for the first time, without the Mo' Monkey Money Monkey Knowledge point.

Monkey Money can also be gained via completing achievements. For example, the Mega Monkey Achievement gives 
50. Harder achievements give more Monkey Money, like the Super BAD Achievement which gives the player 1000.
Monkey Money can also be gained from Odysseys. Each Odyssey Difficulty gives a set amount of monkey money. However, it appears to be unaffected by the Mo' Monkey Money MK?

Monkey Money can be gained from the Daily Chest, ranging from 50 to 200.
Monkey Money can also be gained from Race Leaderboards.
Depending on the place the player finishes at, they get a certain amount of Monkey Money, but it is not affected by the Mo' Monkey Money MK.

Starting Version 25.0, Mini Races have been added which give Monkey Money, but is in a lesser amount.
Popping Golden Bloons can also reward a small amount of Monkey Money, which is increased in the later rounds. This was introduced in Version 24.0
Monkey Teams can also reward Monkey Money, however at a very small amount. This was introduced in Version 26.0
Boss Bloon Events also give Monkey Money for each threshold completed for the first time in a given boss event.
Contested Territory mode can also give a small amount of Monkey Money.
