Modern Times Group is a video gaming investments company. It owns a variety of different gaming companies including Kongregate. On March 24th 2021, it had made a financial agreement with Ninja Kiwi to buy them for $186M USD in exchange for extra marketing potential.

  • Modern Time Games also owns Plarium Games since 2025, which means that Raid: Shadow Legends and the Bloons franchises are in the same family.
