I think I did remember Snowstorm ability freezing MOAB-class and frozen-immune before that Version 8.0, but I now might have realized that perhaps only the effect of freezing was added in Version 8.0. I do solidly remember a very old ISAB video on whether Churchill is a good late-game hero, and I do remember his using Snowstorm ability at the remaining MOABs after the BAD was eventually popped into those MOABs. At that point when he used Snowstorm, I did see the freezing sprite for the frozen MOABs. But perhaps you might have a point; I don't think the actual freezing effect from Snowstorm ability actually was incorporated until Version 8.0.

Shattering Shells adding stripped Fortified Bloon health to the Mortar Monkey's damage counter has been added in Version 8.0. Although I didn't test whether the sum of total Fortified Bloon health removed from a Fortified Bloon is the amount added to the damage counter (such as stripping Fortified BFBs into regular BFBs), I am possibly sure that the sum of the total Fortified Bloon health-stripping is what goes into the Mortar Monkey's damage counter. What do you think actually happens to the damage counter when Shattering Shells strips Fortified Bloon health?
I have a question: Does the Extra Burny Stuff Monkey Knowledge no longer affect Blooncineration? From one of the buff descriptions you have added, "Napalm does damage 0.5 seconds faster. (Both MK and without)", I would assume that the "0.5 seconds faster" would imply that Blooncineration will always deal 1.0 second damage regardless of whether or not there is the Extra Burny Stuff MK or not.
An idea for crosspaths for Tier-1 and Tier-2 upgrades would be like the example I did for some of the screenshots of Faster Production and Even Faster Production, though I arranged the towers differently than how you did.
I can definitely prove that Long Life Spikes doesn't have a pierce penalty (i.e. it still has 10 spikes instead of 6), but I have not yet fully confirmed as to whether Permaspike has only 60 10-damage spikes instead of 100 10-damage spikes.
You can test that one by dropping a Perma-spike, get rid of the other spikes first and sell the spike factory once there's only one perma-spike spike. Send 60 rainbow bloons and it'll be consumed without any leaks.
I was thinking about this for a while: does the original MOAB Glue without the "Aviation Glue" Monkey Knowledge slow MOAB-class to 50%, while adding "Aviation Glue" Monkey Knowledge slows MOAB-class to 30%? That's kind of what I'm thinking, considering we have got Stronger Glue slowing down normal bloons even further than normal glue, so I suppose it'd make sense if the original MOAB Glue only slowed MOAB-class to a slowdown that unupgraded glue would do to normal bloons.
