Any Tier 5 upgrade will work for this achievement, and it's not too hard to unlock it. Unlock any desirable Tier 5 upgrade and purchase that upgrade in a real game.
Tips[]
If you have a cheap enough Tier 5 upgrade unlocked, you can easily earn this achievement by placing it in Deflation Mode.
