Mayor Monkey is a non-playable character who first appears in Bloons Pop!. His job is to run as the mayor of the Monkey Town. He appears to be very open in how he expresses emotion, exciting himself in the littlest of events. He wears stereotypical mayor clothing, wearing a top hat, monocle, and a formal suit with a red bow tie, and has a brown "capitalist" mustache and receding brown hair.
Mayor Monkey also enjoys advertising the Auto Fast Forward every so often.
Mayor Monkey also appears in BTD Battles 2 appearing in 3 Monkey Mastery cosmetics for the Monkey Village which are Campfire, Mayoral Greetings and Moving on.
