MOAB Glue

MOAB Glue is the 3rd upgrade on Path 3 of the Glue Gunner in Bloons TD Battles 2. It is almost identical to its BTD6 counterpart, except it costs less and attacks slightly faster. Every 0.9s, it shoots glue that slows MOAB-class bloons by 37.5% for 12 seconds, or 75% for 24 seconds for any other bloon type. BADs are immune to the slowdown effects but can still be glued.

It costs $3,200. and is unlocked with the purchase of Glue Gunner.

Strategy

Summary

MOAB Glue is the cheapest method of reducing blimp speed in the whole game. However, being a Glue Gunner, it is subject to mutual exclusiveness with other Glue Gunner upgrades, hence less flexibility with other types of glue although the MOAB Glue can stack with other glue types, unlike in BTD6 counterpart.

Tips

• 0-2-3 crosspath is typically the best choice for maximum amounts of slowed down blimps. Also, Glue Splatter is much cheaper in this game, so there isn't really a need to omit that upgrade.
• Unlike MOAB Shove, MOAB Glue is a slowdown, not a knockback, and is more effective against groups of blimps.
