By letting all attacks deal +2 damage to MOAB-class bloons, MOAB-class bloons can be beaten extremely well, particularly with fast-shooting multi-projectile towers. Spike Factories, non-flame Tack Shooters (especially Overdrive and The Tack Zone), and Sun Avatars are among many towers that maximize the bonus against MOAB-class bloons. MOAB-Clash's super effective MOAB-class popping power allows it be incredibly useful in a variety of game modes that heavily involve MOAB-class bloons, including Boss Bloons. However, with such enormous MOAB-class popping power, it is very easy to create swarms of non-blimp bloons if MOAB-class bloons are popped too quickly, so be sure to mix in some strong cleanup options too.
Tips[]
MOAB-Clash also deals extra damage to Boss Bloons in Boss tiles (such as Bloonarius, Lych, Vortex and Dreadbloon), since Boss Bloons are considered MOAB-class bloons. This makes this Relic extremely valuable to getting high scores on Boss tiles.
MOAB-Clash is very effective against Dreadbloon, as its flat damage reduction would be negated. However, attacks with high base damage still remain optimal versus Dreadbloon regardless.
When choosing between MOAB-Clash and Camo-Flogged versus Phayze, Camo-Flogged offers better overall damage if no decamo is involved, whereas MOAB-Clash is better for general usage.
When utilizing MOAB-Clash on extremely effective MOAB-class popping options, such as Overdrive, make sure to combine with effective bloon-poppers (e.g. Ring of Fire, Snowstorm) to avoid overwhelming oneself with non-blimp bloons.
To make the most out of this Relic's additive damage bonuses, try to choose multi-projectile options that attack fairly quickly at minimum. An example is choosing 0-2-3 Cluster Bombs over 3-0-2 Really Big Bombs. Similarly, try to make use of attacks that deal contact damage, such as Wall of Fire.
Some heroes are far more effective against MOAB-class bloons if MOAB-Clash is active, which is significant for Rounds 40, 50, and 52-58, particularly important on Least Cash and Least Tiers. Notable examples include Etienne's drones (especially with Drone Swarm ability), Obyn Greenfoot's brambles, Level 7+ Quincy, and Level 5+ Captain Churchill's machine gun.
This Relic Knowledge stacks up with Fortifried, so you can deal +4 damage to Fortified MOAB-Class Bloons.

Trivia[]
"MOAB-Clash" likely is a play on "MOAB-class" when spoken with the American accent, the only difference being that the last phoneme is "sh" instead of "ss". This pun doesn't work with British accents because the "a" would be pronounced as "ah" as in the onomatapoeia for opening a mouth, rather than "a" as in "apple".
Like all extra damage Relics, MOAB-Clash as an event relic stacks with the equippable MOAB-Clash relic; this scenario could occur in the 5th Contested Territory event.
At its peak, double MOAB-Clash could grant +6 MOAB-class damage, even allowing certain towers that don't accelerate against MOAB-class to excel against them. For instance, 4-2-0 M.O.A.R. Glaives spam could be used to achieve incredibly low times, particularly evident in Time Attack and in combination with Flint Tips and Alchemist Touch.
