Long Life Bananas is the first upgrade on Path 2 for the Banana Farm in BTDB2. This upgrade turns the bananas green, making them last for 30 seconds instead of 15 seconds.
It costs $200. If discounted by Quality Soil, it costs $160.

Summary[]
Long Life Bananas increases lifespan of the bananas, allowing them to last longer before disappearing. It does nothing in terms of improving overall income, but rather this upgrade is purely for player convenience. By having this upgrade, managing between banana collection and defense micromanagement becomes more convenient; the player can focus on other defenses for a bit longer before going back to collect the bananas.
Tips[]
- This upgrade is not particularly strong, serving mostly as a stepping stone to further upgrades.
- This upgrade has no synergy with Marketplace or its upgrades, as it does nothing to enhance the Marketplace in any way, wasting money, unless going for Valuable Bananas.
