Lightning Behavior is an attack behavior characterized by instantaneous seeking. It is part of the damage types family.
Lightning Behavior is represented on the Bloons Wiki as

, as Lightning Behavior is immediate seeking of a bloon in a behavior that simulates lightning, rather than instantly hitting a bloon with a pseudo-hitscan attack.
Heart of Thunder (Druid) and Lightning Bolt (Monkey Apprentice) are characteristic examples of this. Same applies for Ball Lightning's lightnings.
