Larger Potions is the 1st upgrade on Path 1 of the Alchemist in Bloons TD Battles 2. It increases the splash radius of the potions by +6 (from 12 units to 18 units) and increases pierce by +6 (from 12 to 18). Larger Potions also affects the splash radius for most other potion attacks such as Unstable Concoction or Rubber to Gold, but not for Acid Pools. If crosspathed with Transforming Tonic, it increases laser pierce by +3, from 6 to 9. Unstable Concoction's concoction potions gain +1 pierce, while Rubber to Gold's special goldifying potions gain +6 pierce.
A small increase in pierce and splash radius, allowing the potions to hit more bloons per shot.

As previously mentioned, Ninja and Alchemist have become too dominant recently. Alchemist is super effective in providing solid early game DPS despite its primary role being a support tower. Its strengths in early game DPS, buffing support, and cash generation gives Alchemist too many strong points. Therefore, we’ve decided to lower its early game DPS and money generation.
