Just One More is a Powers Monkey Knowledge point in Bloons TD 6, added on initial release. It increases spikes of all Road Spikes powers, excluding Pre-Game Prep's Road Spikes, by +1, for 21 spikes in total. It has no prerequisites.

As implied by its name, Just One More is dependent on Road Spikes and marginally improves their utility, but still shouldn't be relied upon.
In terms of Contested Territory, Just One More is marginally effective when the Road Spikes power is active.
