Icy Chill is an upgrade in the Primary Monkey Knowledge tree. It increases range of Ice Monkeys by +3, similar to a weaker version of Larger Radius. It requires 5 knowledge points invested and Hard Tacks.

Summary[]
Icy Chill increases range of Ice Monkeys to increase potency of the freezing attacks of non-Cryo Ice Monkeys. This is especially helpful for lower-tier Ice Monkeys, which have very low base range. The slight range increase for Cryo Cannon and above only affects the base range but not the blast; increased blast radius for snowball attacks require 
Big Cryo Blast, which is deeper down in the Primary MK Tree.
