Description[]
The House of Ice unlocks the Ice Monkey. Each House of Ice in your city increases your Ice Monkey population. Ice Monkeys can be seen walking along the paths of your city.
In-game desc: The House of Ice unlocks the Ice Monkey, which freezes bloons in place for a short time. When frozen, bloons need heat or special upgrades to be popped. Increases your Ice Monkey population by 1.
The House of Ice is an ice strucutre with a few snowy mountains behind it.

The House of Ice looks much like a castle made out of ice.
Resident[]
The resident is an Ice Monkey. It looks like a Dart Monkey Hall's resident, but the fur is white and the stomach is light blue. It also folds its arms.
