Hotter Cooldown is a Premium Upgrade in BTD5. It costs 
25 in BTD5 and 
5600 in Bloons Tower Defense 5 Deluxe. It lowers the cooldown for Special Abilities by 30%.

- In order to obtain this in Bloons Tower Defense 5 Mobile, the players has to fully upgrade Ability Cooldown, in the Monkey Lab.
- The beginning of the description talks about Monkey Engineers, even on regular Bloons TD 5.
