Hot Shot is the 2nd upgrade on Path 2 of the Monkey Buccaneer in Bloons TD Battles 2. It matches the original BTD6 counterpart, in which the burning grapes change to the 
Fire damage type and inflict napalm that deals 1 damage every 1.5s for 3.0s.
It costs $500.

Summary[]
Grapes now pop lead and frozen bloons and gives a napalm but no longer pops purple bloons. Its main use is for popping Leads and chipping down the health of bloons hit by the hot grapes. It can also be used for synergy with Ice Monkeys, since the flaming hot grapes pop Frozen too.
Tips[]
- As with Grape Shot, 0-2-1 and 1-2-0 have their own use cases in the early-game, though Hot Shot's use in the early-game comes from chipping down tougher grouped and spaced sends like Round 4-6 rushes.
- When it comes to purely optimizing the napalm, Hot Shot typically prefers 0-2-1 rather than 2-1-0, as a denser number of grapes already pops hit bloons quite quickly.
