Hero Boost is a Relic Knowledge exclusive to Contested Territory in Bloons TD 6. When active, all heroes gain +20% more XP per round. The faster hero leveling benefit can stack with Self Taught Heroes and Monkeys Together Strong if Monkey Knowledge is turned on and available, totalling to +40% at most. Two Hero Boosts, one from Team Store and one from relic tiles, can stack multiplicatively.

An extra boost to speeding up important levels for heroes. If no MK is available, this Relic is the only way to speed up hero leveling speed without Energizer. Compared to Extra Empowered, Hero Boost is more effective for mid-to-late-game scenarios, such as an earlier Level 10 or being able to reach Level 20 on very high-round tiles. This Relic is particularly useful when desiring maximum contribution from the chosen hero.

Tips[]

Apply similar strategies for Self Taught Heroes with this MK. In fact, assume that having Hero Boost is equivalent to more than the amount gained from Self Taught Heroes and a one-hero Monkeys Together Strong effect together, which is equivalent to +15% Hero XP.
Like hero leveling rate MK, apply Hero Boost on heroes that greatly benefit from gaining higher levels, especially Captain Churchill and Psi.
