Height is the level at which different attacks can see over. In most 3D game engines, including Unity (which Bloons TD 6 runs on), it is usually written as the Z value. Different towers can initiate their attacks at different height values (some may still get blocked, some don't).

Tall is an attack behavior characterized by a tower partially ignoring Line of Sight by simply being tall, seeing over some obstacles but not all. It is part of the damage types family. All upgrades that grant tall have a different level of increase.

Tall is represented in the Bloons Wiki as Tall, the upgrade icon for the Bloon Area Denial System in Bloons TD 6, because this upgrade allows the Dartling Gunner to become much taller and gain the Tall property.

Tall allows towers to partially ignore Line of Sight, and Tall is a subset of Ignore Line of Sight Ignores Line of Sight with the other being Flying Flying.

Carrier Flagship's platforms are considered Tall for the sake of placement of other towers, but this is not an "attack" by any means and therefore is not included in the Damage Types list. It is worth mentioning this phenomenon, however.

True Sun God are considered as tall, because this upgrade allows the super monkey to see over most walls.

All towers require an upgrade to gain Tall, as there are no towers or heroes that have this property by default.
