Heavy Investment is an Achievements added in Version 40.0. It is achieved by investing at least an extra $401,626 in a single Paragon. The reward is three Insta-Monkeys of uncrosspathed Tier 3 Dart Monkeys (3-0-0, 0-3-0, 0-0-3) and 100.

Make sure to unlock a Paragon and have a lot of spare money. Use Income Farming strategies to help out get lots of money. Doesn't matter what specific Paragon is used, but provided the cash slider is above $401,626 (try $500,000), then this achievement will be fulfilled.
