Higher wattage motor allows for sucking in Lead and Ceramic bloons.
~ Description in BTD Battles

Heavy Duty Suction is the second upgrade on the first path for the Bloonchipper. It allows the Bloonchipper to pop Lead Bloons. Although any Bloonchipper can suck up Ceramic Bloons in most games, the Heavy Duty Suction upgrade is required for sucking up Ceramic Bloons in BTD Battles Mobile.

It costs $385 on Easy, $450 on Medium, $485 on Hard, $540 on Impoppable, and $450 on BTD Battles Mobile.

Strategy[]

Summary[]

Mostly used to allow the Bloonchipper to handle Lead Bloons, but with exception of Bloons TD Battles Mobile it is largely unnecessary outside of this purpose.

Tips[]

  • Set on Strong to make the most of its lead-popping power.
  • In Bloons TD Battles, set it on Strong to make it suck up Ceramics.
