She always is introduced as the second named character, second to Quincy.

This page overviews the subject in a generalistic manner, including relevant history of the subject, the lore surrounding that subject, and any related miscellaneous information. Find more detailed information about Gwendolin in games she appears in by looking at the following articles:

Gwendolin makes a debut in the game Bloons TD 6. She is the second base hero to be introduced for that game. She automatically unlocks at Level 14.

Gwendolin rapidly shoots flames within her moderate range to pop the bloons. She eventually gains activated abilities that incinerate the bloons on demand.

In Bloons Pop![]

Main article: Gwendolin (Bloons Pop!)

Gwendolin returns in Bloons Pop! as the second unlocked hero. When used, she bounces around the screen and burns nearby bloons and randomly throws cocktails that spew 8 fireballs horizontally, vertically, and diagonally.

In Bloons TD Battles 2[]

Main article: Gwendolin (BTDB2)

Gwendolin returns in Bloons TD Battles 2. She is the second hero to be unlocked, and she is Quincy's rival in the official Battle School tutorials. She is unlocked after beating the final tutorial in Battle School.

In Bloons Card Storm[]

Main article: Gwendolin (BCS)

Gwendolin will return in Bloons Card Storm, as implied by Ninja Kiwi's announcement of the game.

In other games[]

Gwendolin is mentioned in one item in the game Bloons Adventure Time TD. Gwen's Flamethrower is a gun weapon that can be equipped by Princess Bubblegum.

Description[]

Appearance[]

Gwendolin's ordinary appearance is how she looks like at Level 1 in BTD6. Gwendolin has dyed hair in the shape of a very cartoonish fire, with pinkish red and yellow stripes, She wears a red bandanna that wraps around part of her hair and her forehead. She has a band aid stuck next to her left eye, with part of it on her eye. She wears a blue overall with pockets on a pink T-shirt and red wristbands. She has a belt strapped to her waist, carrying two yellow bottles (Possibly flasks of oil for molotovs) and she wears purple sneakers with white shoelaces. Gwendolin wields a pyrogun, which looks like a simplified and adapted version of the Pyro's stock weapon from Team Fortress 2. It has a gray gun muzzle with several holes for emitting fire and a red bottle attached as a magazine for ammo. It has a brown handle and a yellow-black striped line, signifying that the pyrogun is to be handled with caution.

Personality[]

Gwendolin is a pyromaniac. She is very enthusiastic about fire, and is very tomboyish, as she has a sports showcase in BTDB2 and has a masculine appearance to the point where people mistake her for a male, to the extent that she always communicates about fire in her vocabulary and actions. A lot of her personality originates from a pun on "hot". She is prone to short temper, making her "hot-headed". She is also a little flirty, as shown by her kissing taunt from BTDB2.

She adores eating spicy foods. She is not vegetarian, as shown by her animation of eating a flame-cooked drumstick.

Her voice is energetic but simultaneously a bit goofy.

Other information[]

Gwendolin has a patented hot sauce with her face on it.

Gwendolin's true ethnicity is unknown, and has so far not been hinted by Ninja Kiwi. Her nationality is speculated to be Mexican or Texan-American because of her affinity towards spicy foods and barbecuing. Gwendolin also has an American accent, as indicated by her pronunciation of the letter "Z" for "ZOMG".

In terms of favorite foods, Gwendolin is known to enjoy spicy foods. She also doesn't drink energy drinks because she doesn't want the excess sugar to enhance her already full amount of energy.[1]

Hero Skins[]

As of present, Gwendolin has a total of three Hero Skins. Two of them appear in Bloons TD 6, one in Bloons TD Battles 2, and two in Bloons Pop!.

Scientist Gwendolin[]

GwendolinScientistPortrait

Scientist Gwendolin is Gwendolin's first skin, first released to Bloons TD 6 on Version 6.0. Scientist Gwendolin is the second Hero skin released.

Scientist Gwendolin returns to Bloons TD Battles 2 as a Hero Alt of Gwendolin. She was released in initial release alongside normal Gwendolin herself. Scientist Gwendolin's attacks and abilities center around empowering fiery capabilities with stronger stats at the downside of worse uptime.

Scientist Gwendolin has blue hair instead of the iconic red/yellow hair that Gwendolin has. Her hair also initially starts with double pigtails (name?). She also wears a white labcoat and a blue jumpsuit underneath. She wears blue gloves and fully white shoes. She retains her belt but with conical flasks of purple liquid instead of mason jars of oil. She also wears glasses. She sounds higher-pitched.

Harlegwen[]

Let the madness begin!
~ BTD6 Harlegwen when selected
CircusGwendolinPortrait

Harlegwen is Gwendolin's second skin, first released to Bloons TD 6 on Version 17.0, and the second Hero Skin to be a second skin of any hero. She makes appearance in Bloons TD 6 and Bloons Pop!. In Bloons Pop!, she was added in Version 3.0. She appears somewhat different between the games she appears in.

Harlegwen is a huge reference to Harley Quinn (a batman villain who also looks like a jester), except being pink and white, etc.

Punk Rock Gwendolin[]

Bpcspunkrockergwendolin

Punk Rock Gwendolin is exclusive to Bloons Pop!, introduced on Version 7.0. She is the second Hero Skin for Gwendolin in that game.

Punk Rock Gwendolin has blue and violet hair, sunglasses, and the bandaid in on her head, and just like all the other female monkeys, she has a ponytail.
